Delivery & Returns:

 

UK Delivery: Our pieces are mailed 1st Class Recorded Delivery normally same day (if ordered before 2pm) so you can track the delivery.

 

International Delivery: Our pieces are shipped internally using Royal Mail with a tracking number.

 

Changing your mind after order: To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy and procedure.  If you require any more information, please contact our Customer Services Department at hello@sinailondon.com.

UK Returns: We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original packaging with security tag attached within 14 days of receipt by recorded delivery post. Sinai London cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit or refund postage costs.  Custom or personalised orders and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. For UK customers, visit ‘My Account’ and go to your order to start a return by post. Simply repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note and take your parcel to your preferred drop-off location. Most locations will print your return label for you when you show your confirmation email, or you can print one at home. Customers in EIRE must return unwanted items at their own cost. See Returns By Post (all countries) for details.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Order Tracking: Having trouble checking your order? We will check your order status and give you an update. Please contact us at hello@sinailondon.com with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number.

Please allow three working days before querying your UK order, or eight working days before querying your overseas order.

 

Price & Payment: We accept all major credit cards.  If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.

 

Further Information For Overseas Customers: We charge you for your order in GDP (£). The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Product Information: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Title Retention: Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.

Purchase of Products: When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘CONFIRM & PAY’ button.

 

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

 

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
  • If we suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).


Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our website. Additionally, some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.

As some of our chains and cords are gold plated they may tarnish with perfumes, creams and oils.  No refund will be given if this takes place.
